Geometric deviations of pipe bore are physical defects which have a serious impact on the lifetime and safe operations of the pipeline. Those deviations are caused in most cases by mechanical impact. This tool works during the normal operation of a pipeline and is propelled through the line by compressed air / nitrogen gas / product of pipeline.
