Flushing is carried out by the use of temporary circulation pumps (High Volume) which can deliver a desired flowrate of 110% of design velocity or as required by client operation & specification to recover sand / typical construction debris / particles from system. This process is performed to overcome immediate high maintenance the costs on the permanent system pumps, thereby reducing its lifetime if the system is not flushed properly prior to commissioning.
